Paid Search Specialist

The Paid Search Specialist will develop, analyze and optimize Google and Microsoft paid search campaigns for a set list of agency accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with dedicated Google Agency Strategists to identify optimization opportunities, ensure campaigns adhere to best practices, and test alpha and beta advertising products across portfolio of clients
  • Build and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword generation, bid management, landing page recommendations, budget management and reporting
  • Set monthly goal for campaigns and track performance towards overall objective
  • Analyze campaign data and derive insights to improve performance of search accounts
  • Provide innovative reports of campaign results to both internal and external teams
  • Work with the Search Engine Optimization Specialist to ensure paid search strategy is closely aligned with organic strategy
  • Monitor campaign spend levels on a daily and monthly budget

Education, Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • At least one year of experience managing paid search campaigns within Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PPT
  • Google Ads certification
  • Attention to detail in regard to campaign budgets and objectives
  • Strong Time Management skills
